What type of payments do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.  We do not accept money orders or gift cards.

Do you accept checks?

We will accept checks made out to Red Alert T-Shirt, LLC.  Your order will be processed once funds have cleared.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We will accept returns within 30 days of your order.  Upon receipt of the unworn/unwashed shirt, your account will be credited for the purchase price, minus shipping.  Please include your order number, name and address when you return your shirt.

We do not offer exchanges but recommend that if you wish to exchange a shirt, please send your unworn/unwashed shirt to the address listed immediately above within 30 days of your order for a refund and then place an order for the desired replacement.

I was sent the wrong shirt/different size than ordered/defective shirt.  What do I do?

Please contact us either by email (help@redalerttshirt.com) or phone (813-407-6084) and refer to your order number.  We will be in contact with you and will make sure that your problem is resolved, either by replacement or refund.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow approximately 7-10 days for delivery.

How do I contact you with a question about my order?

Can I track my order?

No, but shipping date can be provided in response to your email or phone inquiry.

Can I cancel/change my order?

All shirts are printed to order, so if you do not contact us within 24-48 hours, it is probably too late.  We will respond to any timely requests.

Do you take orders over the phone?

No.  All orders must be placed online.

Can I ship my order as a gift?

No.

My credit card was rejected.  Why?

The most common reason is a mismatch in the billing address for your card and the address you entered online.  Please make sure that the billing address you entered exactly matches the address for your credit card.

Will my order be taxed?

Sales tax will be applied to Florida customers only.

Why don't I don't see a confirmation email?

Your email program may have placed our email in your junk/spam folder. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please email us at help@redalerttshirt.com or call us and leave a message at 813-407-6084.

What name will appear on my credit card statement?

Do you have a catalog?

No.  All merchandise is shown online only.

Do you make any custom shirts?

No.  There are many online shirt shops that do, however.

What are your shirts made of?

Most of our shirts are Gildan Ultra Cotton double-needle stitched 6.1 oz. preshrunk cotton.  Sport gray color shirts are 90/10 cotton/polyester, and heather color shirts are 50/50 cotton/polyester.  Our camouflage shirts are Anvil 100 percent cotton.  Our light hoodies are Gildan 50/50 cotton/polyester, and dark hoodies are Hanes 90/10 cotton/polyester.

What are the washing instructions for your shirts?

Even though our T-shirts are made of preshrunk cotton, the one way to ensure minimal further shrinkage is to wash in cold water and hang dry.  Washing and drying in high heat could cause some additional shrinkage.

What size should I order?

We recommend that you order one size larger than your customary size if you are concerned with maintaining a loose fit.
